1. Communication lines system
communication lines with right of way(row) are subdivided into 3 main types:
a/ Main Arterial road (Row : 26m) with a total length of 2938m
b/ Secondary Arterial road (Row : 24m) with a total length of 1 874m
c/ Auxiliary ro ad (Row : 22.5 m) with a total length of 552m
Structure of the road bed is as follows:
+ Compacted sub -base K>95%
+ Basaltic gravelmix,thickness:30-50cm K > 98%, E > 1200 kg/sqcm
+ Macadam of all types,thickness:30cm with E>1500 kg/sqcm
+ Seal bifumen , standard: 1.1 kg/sqcm
+ Hot asphaltic concrete , Thickness:9cm E>l800kg/sqcm
2. Water supply system
The pumping station is composed of 3 pump with Q=500cum/pump, H=22cm
a) Industrial Water : 1 1 ,655cum/day
b) Residential Water :70 litres/ persol / day & night x 17250 persons =1207cum/ day & night

3. Dramage system with a total length of l14,320 linear metres
a) The rain water drainage system is separated from the waste water drainage system . All culverts and their branches will be directed to the main pipeline and waste water will run into Dinh river
b) The waste water drainage system will treat 9,413 cum/day. Two main waste water drainage system with a capacity of 10,000 cum/day will be built. waste water will be preliminarily treated at factory and then conducted to the main treatment station before being coveyed to the common waste water drainage system of Vung Tau City.
4. Power supply system
The estimated power requirement is 20 MW .Power will be supplied from Baria through a 110 KV transmission line running along National route 5 la . An underground power transmission line will be installed. Two transformers (35/10KV and 10/0.4 kw) and one 10MW transformerhouse will be built .There is a plan to set up a turbo-diesel power plant.
5. Waste and environment protection:
During operation solid waste and sewage will be preliminanly treated at factory before taken to the dumping point in the industrial park.
From the dumping point, solid waste will be taken by specialized trucks to the waste treatment plant located in the Baria Town, 20km from Vung tau City.
6. Telecommumcation system :
The telecommunication system will be installed as required by each factory since Vung tau is a junction point of the international fiber optic cable system, the communication can easily be made available.
The administration and management area is planning to set up a telephone switch board of 200 directions.
7. Fire fight and prevention:
There will be a fire fight and prevention station for the whole Industrial Park. But each individual investor in the industrial park shall install his / her own fire fight facility for his / her factory activities.
